s Hi everyone, as I said in my last entry training will one week bad and good, this week has played well ¡¡¡¡¡ since last Saturday I trained every day, such as a good thing, overall left me; 68 km race walk, bike 147 miles and 3900 feet of water. Have if I can have continuity and Trainings continue accumulating that May 15 is approaching, and if all goes well on July 9 will do my first half Ironman ¡¡¡¡¡.
