History
LA TABARÉ formed in May 1985 in Montevideo, with the name "The Tabaré Riverock Banda."
In November and December of that year to make his first series of performances (full house) at the Teatro Circular de Montevideo, and inserting the new "move" from Uruguayan rock of the 80s and sharing the stage with many bands local and international. During the second half of the 80, this band appears in the main mega-concerts of the era: "Montevideo Rock I and II" at festivals in the Summer Theater before several thousand people, as well as pubs and theaters circuit .
In 1987 recorded their first album "Is Still Rock and Roll" and in 1989 the second "Rock and Roll of the suburb." Already in the
90 decade begin premiering a play-rock: "The Opera of the Mala Leche", performance with environmental professional actors at the Teatro Circular and in the year 1992, repeated the experience premiering "Get Comics-dyeing."
recorded in 1992 another phonogram, no longer edited in vinyl, but CD: "Pleasures of Sado-musique."
While in Montevideo, working in the filming and editing of the Video-Home "Sabotage."
In 1994 released his fourth CD, "Aim ... Fire!". In 1995

In 1999, he released his sixth album "Get recontras and the beginning of 2000 are playing with more continuity in Argentina, appearing at the míitico Cement.
recorded their seventh album "Goose Soup" in the year 2002 , an acoustic album. Late
2003 they released their eighth album called "Archivoteca." A disc of "rarities" with songs from 1985 to date, poems and an interactive book. The celebration of his 18-year history took place in Montevideo at the Cine Plaza Theater and Teatro ND Ateneo in Buenos Aires with a show where artists from Uruguay and Argentina, both events a full house. THE TABARÉ today is called "The Milongón Tabaré Banda ", but beyond names still maintaining the same spirit of its beginnings.
