Virtually no global blockbuster is released without performing a wargaming exercise to refine the strategy launch. The war games are also used to major changes in the scenario, the expiration of patents or major modifications.
A war game is a simulation of a business situation, where different teams representing the major players in the market: the company, key competitors and customers to try to anticipate their actions and reactions and their possible impact on company performance and then refine the strategy to be more successful
