s Hello everybody, no, though I'm not dead ......, what happens that I had some left the BLOG , since I've been very busy these last 3 weeks, a lot of work (festivals, fairs and festivals home ....), change ....... and training ...... because the next Sunday if all goes well, by this time I'll be in Aviam , hoping not to suffer a lot (I'll tell you .) I Duathlon CROSS OF FLOWERS SIL, which involved Saturday afternoon and you enjoy a lot, can not say how many participants we were, but had a good number to be the first edition, and hopefully not the last, the distances were 5 km walk 20 km mountain bike and 2.5 km on foot, walking tour with our river plain SIL by alternating gravel and asphalt and the bike with a tour Gorgeous 2 laps, my final post, I do not know, but if you say I gave you all the best of my ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
